By booking our cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our company.
If you are booking on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Services Provided
We provide professional kitchen cleaning services tailored to your needs. Our standard package covers the essentials, and add-on services are available for a deeper clean. We reserve the right to modify service offerings and pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

Service Scope & Limitations
To ensure the safety of our team and the quality of our work, certain tasks fall outside the scope of our standard services unless specifically agreed upon in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.
Heights & Heavy Lifting
No ladder work beyond 2 steps, and no moving of heavy furniture or large appliances.
Hazardous Conditions
We do not handle biohazardous materials, pest control, hoarding conditions, or excessive clutter.
Specialty Work
Carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning, restoration, and construction cleanup are excluded.
Exterior Windows
Window cleaning above ground level is not included in our standard service scope.

The determination of whether an environment is safe or within scope is made solely at our discretion.
Cleaning Supplies & Equipment
We arrive fully equipped with all standard cleaning supplies and professional-grade tools. No need to stock up — we bring everything required for a thorough clean.
If you have preferences for eco-friendly or hypoallergenic products, simply let us know at the time of booking. Additional fees may apply for specialty products.

Client Responsibility: Please ensure the kitchen area is free of clutter, dishes, personal items, and excessive food waste before our team arrives to allow for effective and thorough cleaning.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon at the time of booking. We keep your payment method securely on file for recurring services, which are charged in advance of each scheduled visit. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.
Recurring Billing
Payment method retained on file and charged automatically before each scheduled service.
Pricing Adjustments
Pricing may vary based on frequency, kitchen size, condition, or additional services requested.
Returned Payments
A service fee will be applied for returned or declined payments. Please keep billing info current.
Non-Refundable Fees
All service fees are non-refundable except where explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms.
Scheduling, Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand that plans change. To avoid fees, please provide adequate notice for cancellations or rescheduling. For recurring services, appointments remain scheduled until cancelled with proper notice.

48+ Hours Notice
Cancel or reschedule with no penalty. Full flexibility.

Under 48 Hours
A cancellation fee of 50% of the service price will be charged.

Same-Day / No Notice
Full service fee applies. The visit is considered confirmed.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather, safety concerns, or staffing needs. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in these situations.
Stain & Damage Disclaimer
What We Cannot Guarantee
  • Removal of rust or hard water stains
  • Elimination of mildew from neglected surfaces
  • Results on unsealed or improperly finished surfaces
  • Damage due to improper installation of fixtures
  • Pre-existing damage to any surface or item
Surface Assumptions
All surfaces — including granite, marble, hardwood, and concrete floors — are assumed to be properly sealed and ready to clean. Furniture on wood floors is assumed to have appropriate protective pads in place.
Clients must notify us in advance of any fragile, antique, or special-care items. We are not liable for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions.
Access to Property
Clients must ensure our team has proper access at the scheduled time — including keys, entry codes, gate access, or any other required means of entry.
If we are unable to access the property due to lockout or other circumstances within your control, the visit is considered a no-show and the full service fee applies.

Pet Policy: All pets must be secured in a safe area during the service for the comfort and safety of both your pets and our team.
Liability Limitations & Dispute Resolution
Our liability for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are committed to open communication and will work in good faith to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.

Mediation or Arbitration

By using our Services, you agree that any claim must be filed within 30 days of the incident giving rise to the dispute. These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable state or jurisdiction.
